Castleberrys head to the sidelines after 50 years of operating Lufkin furniture business

Cooper Castleberry has been officiating football games for a long time. He has worked his way up the ranks and is now one of the most respected refs in the Big 12 Conference. But this year Cooper is setting aside a weekend on which he will pay his own way to a small junior college in Utah. There, he will officiate a game in which the pay will probably not even cover his hotel room, much less his plane tickets and meal costs. But those are the lengths Cooper is going to, in order to be by his son’s side during the first college game he officiates.
