St. Cyprian's

St. Cyprian’s parishioners celebrated Pentecost Sunday on June 9, in their old church, which now houses the Museum of East Texas. The church burned almost 50 years ago and relocated to 919 S. John Redditt Drive. On Pentecost, everyone wears red to symbolize joy and the fire of the Holy Spirit. Traditionally, the congregation has a picnic to celebrate this Feast Day. The Rev. Ralph Morgan, rector at St. Cyprian’s, invites all visitors to join in worship.
