Texas Home Health employees were allowed back inside their South First Street office after Lufkin Police cleared the building due to a bomb threat Friday morning.

According to LPD spokesman Det. JB Smith, a male caller whose voice was semi-scrambled called the business at 10:17 a.m. saying a bomb had been planted and would detonate in 30 minutes.

Police initially thought it might be connected to a Thursday afternoon prank call to 911, but Smith later said police had a potential suspect in Friday’s incident.
