Angelina County lawmen arrest several people protesting Keystone XL Pipeline near Diboll

10-hour standoff mostly peaceful

DIBOLL — A 10-hour standoff between Angelina County law enforcement and TransCanada Keystone XL pipeline protesters resulted in the arrest of five Thursday including a Colorado woman who was retrieved from a tree stand by county officials in a cherry picker near a Diboll weigh station.
