A man in the 200 block of Judith Street said someone hit him with a beer bottle and said, “That’s what you get,” then ran away Thursday. The man said he did not know who it was.

Someone stole a vacuum and attempted to pry a door open to get change, causing damages, at a business on U.S. Highway 69 south Tuesday.

A woman in the 300 block of Tidwell Road said someone stole a television.

Someone reported a stray dog near his or her home in the 1400 block of Davisville Road Tuesday. The complainant said he or she is worried about the dog’s condition and intended to take it to the animal shelter.

A deputy found a vehicle parked in a lot close to the tree line at state Highway 103 west and state Highway 7 Tuesday. The vehicle was reported stolen from Lufkin.

A man in the 100 block of Raymond Road said someone gained entry through the back door of his home and stole his television Tuesday.

A man in the 500 block of Winged Foot Drive reported prescription medication and binoculars stolen from his vehicle Tuesday.

A man said someone took money from his bank account Tuesday.

A man reported unauthorized charges on his bank account Tuesday.

Someone stole money from the coin bank of a commercial vacuum in the 1700 block of Deans Way Avenue Tuesday.

Someone stole a stove from a property in the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue Tuesday.

Someone stole a Playstation 4 from a home in the 1200 block of Mimosa Street Tuesday.

The Lufkin Police Department made five arrests late Tuesday and early Wednesday. Arrests and charges included: Felice Mumphery Woods, age unavailable, of Lufkin, warrants for traffic violations; Christopher Mark Phillips, 36, of Apple Springs, warrants for possession of a controlled substance and unsafe backing; Noal Price III, 24, of Lufkin, warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, dog at large, failure to appear and traffic violations; Cassie Shelina Bynum, 35, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance; and Airanna Amanda Malbrough, 21, of Missouri City, warrants for unauthorized use of vehicle and evading arrest.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made nine arrests late Tuesday and early Wednesday. Arrests and charges included: Pamela Janine Hamilton, 55, of Huntington, warrants for theft by check, not secured by seatbelt — passenger; James Ray Russell, 71, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license invalid; Larry Wayne McClendon Sr., 55, of Nacogdoches, warrant for theft; Marsha Kay Spinks, 46, of Broaddus, warrants for traffic violations; Kenneth Wayne Cassels Jr., 26, of Lufkin, theft; Lyquandlyn Yvette Harper, 38, of Lufkin, warrants for open container — driver, no driver’s license and a parole violation; Christopher Cody Pyle, 35, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, possession of a controlled substance, unlawfully carrying a weapon and warrants for traffic violations; Jason Ryan Boykin, 40, of Lufkin, warrants for unauthorized use of vehicle and a parole violation; and Max Westin White, 32, of Lufkin, warrant for driving while intoxicated.

The Texas Department of Pubic Safety arrested Aaron Brent Jordan, 20, of Lufkin, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

The Hudson Police Department arrested Jamarlon Bernnard Reagan, 27, of Hudson, on warrants for driving while intoxicated, accident involving damage to a vehicle, failure to identify, bail jumping and failure to appear.

The Diboll Police Department made two arrests late Tuesday and early Wednesday. Arrests and charges included: Austin Michael McKenna, 26, of Houston, two counts of possession of a controlled substance; and Jared Michael Shelton, 30, of Cypress, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

The Angelina County Jail housed 249 inmates as of 4 p.m. Wednesday.
