A woman reported Saturday that her wallet was stolen from her car Friday night in the 300 block of South John Redditt Drive.

Darryle L. Jones, 18, was arrested after reportedly assaulting his sister Saturday and breaking out a front-door window on Atkinson Drive.

A woman reportedly stole a set of children’s hangers Saturday from the 2500 block of East Denman Avenue.

The Lufkin Police Department made 12 other arrests late Saturday and early Sunday. Arrests and charges included: Gabriela Perez, 24, no driver’s license, failure to control speed, no insurance, no driver’s license; Brian J. Keenan, no age listed, public intoxication; Jefferson Harris, 24, possession of a controlled substance, assault; Larry Young, 29, public intoxication, no driver’s license; Miguel Arellano, 21, possession of drug paraphernalia; Anthony Clark, 21, possession of marijuana; Jose Arevalo, 33, driving while intoxicated, expired driver’s license; David Aguinaga, 21, possession of marijuana, no insurance; Edwardo Gonzalez, 21, possession of marijuana; Carlos Munoz, 23, possession of marijuana; and Krystal Fiest, 23; theft.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests late Saturday and early Sunday. Arrests and charges included: Ryan Heard, 27, injury to a child; and Laura Purvis, 45, public intoxication, assault.

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Steven Hunt, 29, on charges of expired license plates, no driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and stalking.

The Huntington Police Department arrested Daniel Downey, 40, on charges of possession of drugs, driving while license invalid and no liability insurance.

The Pct. 1 constable arrested Eunice Celestine, 42, on a charge of public intoxication.

The Pct. 4 constable arrested Eliseo Barrajas, 19, on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and failure to display driver’s license.

The Angelina County Jail housed 244 inmates as of 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
