Someone assaulted a man who was working on his or her vehicle without paying for the repairs Wednesday.

Someone took a window unit from a home in the 100 block of Singletree Road Thursday.

A woman said her grandson is being threatened.

A woman said someone assaulted her Thursday. The person the woman implicated said the woman had assaulted him or her as well.

A man in the 600 block of Deerbrook Lane said his neighbors were popping fireworks and he heard something hit his vehicle. He went outside and noticed damage.

A man in the 1000 block of Davisville Road said someone stole his leaf blower and a stereo system Thursday.

A woman said someone assaulted her Wednesday.

Someone broke into a home in the 2600 block of FM 1194 and took several items Wednesday.

A woman said someone assaulted her while she was at a family member’s home Wednesday.

The Lufkin Police Department made seven arrests late Thursday and early Friday. Arrests and charges included: Melissa Kaye Lail, 50, of Leesville, Louisiana, driving while intoxicated; Christopher Nathan Howell, 26, of Diboll, theft; Juana Ochoa Muniz, age unavailable, of Lufkin, enticing a child; Miguel Angel Rivera, 24, of Lufkin, warrant for displaying expired license plates; Nicholas Clarence White, 28, of Lufkin, criminal trespass and public intoxication; Ranulfo Andrade, 23, of Emitas, public intoxication; and Alysa Makaye Clifton, age unavailable, of Lufkin, warrant for assault.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests late Thursday and early Friday. Arrests and charges included: Sean Davin Rowin, 19, of Pollok, possession of drug paraphernalia; Joshua Alan Linton, 28, of Lufkin, warrant for burglary of habitation; and Cody Magnum, 29, of Lufkin, warrants for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Texas Department of Public Safety made seven arrests late Thursday and early Friday. Arrests and charges included: Joshua William Oates, 37, of Lufkin, warrants for possession of a controlled substance and prohibited weapon; Mariah Ann Matchett, 19, of Lufkin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited substance in a correctional facility; Cornelio Leyva Agripino, 36, hometown unavailable, driving while intoxicated; Sara Jessica King, 24, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia; Michael McCulloch, 32, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug; Ann Marie White, 37, of Lufkin, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a controlled substance, and warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, bail jumping and failure to appear; and James Michael Seymore, age unavailable, of Lufkin, driving while license invalid.

The Angelina County Jail housed 221 inmates as of 4 p.m. Friday.
