LDN Police Reports

No incident reports were released on Saturday by the Lufkin Police Department or the Angelina County Sheriff’s Office.

The Lufkin Police Department made five arrests late Friday and early Saturday. Arrests and charges included: Floyd Gilmore, 54, of Lufkin, two warrants for theft; Carress Williams, age unavailable, of Lufkin, assault and failure to identify; Albert Earl Merritt Sr., 41 , of Ace, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing warrant; Brandi Lee Erwin, age unavailable, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Marquise Jerome Lightsey, age unavailable, of Lufkin, warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and two counts of driving with invalid license.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made seven arrests late Friday and early Saturday. Arrests and charges included: Bradley Lynn Rogers, age and address unavailable, expired registration and open container; Jocelyn Rojo, 21, of Lufkin, commitment/assault warrant; Keyshun Carnell Montgomery, 21, of Lufkin, assault; Analicia Monique Smith, age unavailable, of Lufkin, assault; Joseph Anthony Lamphier Jr., 40, of Lufkin, unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to yield, altered or obscured plates, no license plate light and failure to appear for driving without a driver’s license warrant; Ronald Eugene Howell Sr., 70, of Lufkin, driving while intoxicated/third or more offense; and David Charles Broaddus Jr., 51, of Huntington, no driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, tamper/fabricate physical evidence and prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Jase Dante Shackelford, 20, of Woodville, for driving while intoxicated late Friday.

The Angelina County Jail housed 230 inmates as of 2 p.m. Saturday.
