A man in the 10000 block of state Highway 103 east said his neighbor’s dog keeps coming onto his property and starting fights with his dog.

A woman in the 200 block of Abert Road reported dogs fighting in her neighborhood.

Authorities towed a vehicle left abandoned Wednesday on U.S. Highway 69 north.

A man in the 100 block of Speirs Road said his wallet was stolen Wednesday.

Someone stole a blanket, five ink pens and a pair of shades from a van in the 500 block of South Chestnut Street Wednesday.

Someone stole a gun and laptop on Wednesday from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Johnson Avenue.

Lufkin police officers found property in the roadway in the 400 block of Vivion Street that may have been related to vehicle burglaries.

Someone stole a gun from a vehicle in the 800 block of Jordan Avenue on Wednesday.

Someone stole a flatbed trailer from the 500 block of South Timberland Drive on Wednesday.

Someone stole a fuel card and package of gum from a vehicle in the 100 block of South Bend Drive on Wednesday.

Someone egged three vehicles in the 5500 block of Champions Drive on Thursday.

A woman said she was assaulted Thursday.

The Lufkin Police Department made six arrests late Wednesday and early Thursday. Arrests and charges included: Christopher Michael Evans, 33, of San Augustine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify and warrants for a probation violation and driving while license invalid; Kelly Bowen Watts, 53, of Anahuac, warrants for theft, possession of drug paraphernalia amd traffic violations; Shelton Klevon Glenn, 43, of Lufkin, public intoxication and warrants for failure to appear, dog at large and disorderly conduct – indecent exposure; Floyd Ray Hill Sr., age unavailable, of Lufkin, warrants for assault/family violence; David Paul Currier, 57, of Lufkin, possession of a controlled substance and warrants for traffic violations; and Edwardo Reyes, 52, of Lufkin, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests late Wednesday and early Thursday. Arrests and charges included: Ronald Jeffrey Strickland, 31, of Pollok, two counts of evading arrest with vehicle and a warrant for evading arrest; Edward Jarell Adams, 27, of Jasper, warrant for criminal nonsupport; and Dustin Robert Dale Greer, 30, of Huntington, warrants for possession of a controlled substance and driving while license invalid.

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Kenneth Davis Bergeron, 50, of Brookeland, warrant for possession of marijuana.

The Huntington Police Department made two arrests late Wednesday and early Thursday. Arrests and charges included: River Chapman Pena, age unavailable, of Big Sandy, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and speeding; and Johnny William Stringer Jr., 47, of Lufkin, warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

The Angelina County Jail housed 223 inmates as of 4 p.m. Thursday.
