Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Cimmarron Sunday night after someone got upset that no one would take her to the store.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported sexual assault of a child.

A woman said someone she knows sent her threatening voicemails Sunday.

Someone stole a vehicle in the 5200 block of FM 2021.

A man said someone he possibly knows went in his home while his family was away Sunday.

A woman in the 1500 block of Nash Road said her neighbor’s dog attacked her cat Sunday.

A man in the 6800 block of U.S. Highway 69 north on Sunday said he is missing cash from a locked cabinet.

A juvenile assaulted his mother Saturday.

A man in the 800 block of Thornton said two dogs attacked his chickens Saturday.

A woman said her husband assaulted her and took her cellphone Saturday.

A woman said her son received a threat over social media Saturday.

A woman said she saw someone she knows ride by her front yard then hide in the bushes in front of her home while watching her Saturday.

A woman in the 10000 block of FM 326 said Friday that someone is taking her prescribed mediation.

A woman in the 100 block of Confederate Drive said her neighbor’s dogs killed one of her dogs and attacked her other one last Friday.

Deputies responded to a burglary of a home in the 4100 block of U.S. Highway 69 north last Friday. While en route, they were informed the subject left the scene in a vehicle. A deputy saw the suspect vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle refused to stop and led deputies on a high-speed chase until the suspect drove off the roadway into a flooded pasture off state Highway 7. The driver of the vehicle bailed out and fled on foot. Deputies attempted to pursue him but were unable to locate the suspect.

A man said someone he knows took a picture off the wall of his business in the 4500 block of U.S. Highway 59 north last Friday.

The Lufkin Police Department made four arrests late Sunday and Monday. Arrests and charges included: Christopher Keith Allen, 44, of Lovelady, warrants for traffic violations; Laquincy Jerome Myers, 40, of Diboll, warrants for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, bail jumping and failure to appear, public intoxication, assault/family violence and traffic violations; David Romonne Jernigan, age unavailable, of Lufkin, public intoxication; and Vickie L. Frank, age unavailable, of Lufkin, warrants for two counts of no insurance.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made five arrests late Sunday and Monday. Arrests and charges included: Eva Donahoe, 44, of Zavalla, assault; Nathan Henry Atkinson, 32, of Huntington, possession of a controlled substance, prohibited substance in a correctional facility and expired registration; Thomas Earl Smith, 48, of Huntington, possession of a controlled substance and driving while license invalid; Jennifer Fondren Bellamy, 41, of Lufkin, warrant for possession of a controlled substance; and Cornelius Lydell Polk, 28, of Diboll, warrants for possession of a controlled substance, bail jumping and failure to appear and traffic violations.

The Texas Department of Public Safety made two arrests late Sunday and Monday. Arrests and charges included: Aaron Todd Davis, 34, of Lufkin, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, unauthorized use of vehicle, and a warrant for forgery of financial instrument; and Jabroski Deearl Smiley, 29, of Diboll, possession of marijuana and warrants for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

The Angelina County Jail housed 212 inmates as of 4 p.m. Monday.
