Once a week, I speak via video call to my family by marriage in Italy. And as you might expect, our conversation frequently turns to food.

Recently, I was telling Celestina (The name means Little Heaven), of our abundance of squash from the garden and she proceeded to describe one of her recipes for squash. The Italian word for squash is zucchini and like here, they have both yellow and green.
