In day nine of the jury trial of a former nurse accused of killing five DaVita Dialysis patients by bleach injection, her defense attorney attacked discrepancies in the testimony of her former co-worker.

Kimberly Saenz, 38, looked on as her attorney Ryan Deaton questioned May Williams about her actions on April 28, 2008. After two patients allegedly witnessed Saenz inject bleach into two other patient’s dialysis, Williams, then a biomed supervisor stationed at the facility, was called in to assist a regional manager with biohazard containers pulled from the dialysis floor.
