8 a.m. - 12 Noon on Friday
Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Customer service phones are open on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Missing your newspaper:

Call (936) 631-2629 between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. on Wednesday and Friday, and between 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. on Saturday for a re-delivery of your newspaper that day. This service is available only within the Lufkin city limits.
